Dopo una intensa Welcome Week, vi proponiamo una gita nel cuore della Sardegna: Orgosolo! Nel programma delle Cortes Apertas, Orgosolo, il "paese dei murales", è infatti la protagonista di questo fine settimana.

Partiremo da Sassari alle 7 dall'emiciclo; partenza da Orgosolo alle 16.00.

Questa volta avremo ben 2 pullman a disposizione per un totale di 110 posti, quindi sbrigatevi a compilare il form!! Il prezzo è 12€.

Torna il trekking in Sardegna!!!

Per il 25 Aprile stiamo organizzando un'escursione per visitare il sito archeologico nuragico di Tiscali (a circa 2 ore di macchina). Partiremo molto presto, verso le 7 circa.Si lasceranno le macchine nella valle di Lanaittu (vicino Nuoro) e si prenderà un sentiero di circa 2 ore che passa attraverso la foresta e sul lato e sulla cima della montagna fino ad arrivare il villaggio nascosto in una grotta naturale. La visita guidata al sito costa 5 euro. E poi un altra ora di cammino per il ritorno. La difficoltà del sentiero è medio-facile. Alla fine del trekking ci fermeremo alla fonte di Su Gologone e poi visiteremo la grotta di Ispinigoli a circa 30 minuti di macchina (ingresso 6 euro); si tratta di una grotta abissale dove c'è la stalagmite più grande d'Europa (38 metri). Quindi € 6+5+benzina.

IMPORTANTE:
indossare scarpe adatte
portarsi almeno 2 litri d'acqua e cibo

Ci piacerebbe portare tutti ma dipenderà dalla richiesta e dalla disponibilità delle macchine. Ovviamente la benzina sarà divisa.

Sardinian trekking is back !!!

On April 25 we'll organize an amazing excursion: archaeological site of nuragic village Tiscali (about 2 hours by car). We'll leave very early, around 7 in the morning. We'll leave the cars in Lanaittu Valley (near Nuoro) and will take a path of about two hours passing through the forest and on the side and on top of the mountain until reaching the hidden village. The guided tour of the site costs 5 euro. And then another hour of walking for the return. The difficulty of the trail is easy to medium. At the end of the trek we will stop at the source of Su Gologone and then visit the cave of Ispinigoli that is about 30 minutes far by car (entry € 6); it is a cave where there is the largest stalagmite in Europe (38 meters). Then € 6+5+gas.

IMPORTANT:
Wear proper shoes
take at least 2 liters of water and food

We would like to bring everybody but depend on demand and the availability of the cars. Obviously, the gasoline will be divided.

Senderismo en Cerdena ha vuelto !!!

Para el 25 de abril estamos organizando una excursión increíble: la visita del sitio arqueológico del pueblo nurágico de Tiscali (aproximadamente 2 horas en coche). Partiremos muy temprano, alrededor de las 7 de la mañana. Vamos a dejar los coches en Lanaittu Valle (cerca de Nuoro) y haremos un senderos de dos horas que pasaa a través del bosque y en el lateral y en la parte superior de la montaña hasta llegar a la aldea oculta. La visita guiada del sitio cuesta 5 euros. Y luego otra hora de caminar para volver. La dificultad del recorrido es fácil medio. Al final del camino veremos la fuente de Su Gologone y luego visitaremos la cueva de Ispinigoli que està a 30 minutos lejos en coche (entrada € 6); se trata de una cueva donde se encuentra la estalagmita más grande de Europa (38 metros). Entonces € 6+5+gasolina

IMPORTANTE:
Usar zapatos adecuados
Llevar al menos 2 litros de agua y viviendas

Nos gustaría traer a todos, pero dependerá de la demanda y la disponibilidad de los coches. Obviamente, se dividirá la gasolina.

Il VERO e PROPRIO evento inizia Giovedì…ma si andrà dal Mercoledì…non vorrete perdervi l’INIZIO ufficiale dell’EN 2016! 
Per chi arriva da un'altra nazione deve arrivare in aeroporto Mercoledì 18 entro le ore 16:00!

PROGRAMMA Provvisorio:
MERCOLEDì sera: arrivo in hotel, cena, festa in discoteca.

El evento EN VERDAD comienza el jueves ... pero se irà el miércoles… no querrás perderte el Inicio Oficial del EN 2016??!
Quien LLEGA desde otra naciòn TIENE Q ESTAR en el aeropuerto de Bologna a las 16:00 de miércoles 18 mayo!

PROGRAMA provisional:
MIéRCOLES por la noche: llegada al hotel, cena y fiesta en discoteca.
JUEVES: Desayuno; desde las 12:00: Transferencias hasta el sitio del evento. H15: 00-19: 00 - Posibilidad de utilizar las instalaciones deportivas de voleibol y fútbol de playa. Vista la grande richiesta ESN ha pensato di organizzare per voi una giornata di Trekking! 

La scelta è ricaduta sul suggestivo sito della gola di Su Gorroppu, considerato il canyon più bello, più profondo e più grande d'Europa, una spaccatura scavata nel corso dei millenni dalle acque del rio Flumineddu, con pareti di altezza fino a 450 metri!

Programma:
Ritrovo: h5:45 emiciclo Garibaldi e partenza in macchina.
Arrivo previsto in loco per le ore 8:00, partenza per il trekking e arrivo al canyon previsto 2-3h dopo. Sosta per pranzare e ritorno di altre 2h sino alla macchina. A seconda dell'orario si potrà fare un giro nei dintorni prima di ripartire per Sassari.

Ricordate:
Scarpe da trekking, abbigliamento comodo, tanta acqua, pranzo al sacco e indumenti di ricambio!

Vi porteremo sulla via ferrata del Cabirol di Capocaccia!

Il costo dell’escursione comprensivo di guida e attrezzatura è di 25€
Si arriverà al luogo di partenza in macchina, quindi ci saranno altri 3€ da pagare ai proprietari delle macchine per dividere la benzina

El costo de la excursión incluido de guia y de equipo es de 25€
Se llegara al lugar de salida en el coche, así que habrá otro 3€ a pagar a los propietarios de los coches para dividir la gasolina

Come prima escursione dell'anno abbiamo pensato di portarvi a fare un giro in mountain bike per visitare le spiagge di Porto Ferro, la zona umida del lago di Baratz ed i sentieri interni alla pineta! 
Chi vorrà potrà farsi il bagno a Porto Ferro, ci sarà poi una breve sosta per il pranzo al sacco.

Il costo dell'escursione con guida è di 10€
Il costo del noleggio della mountain bike è di 10€
Il costo del viaggio A/R in macchina è di 3€
Totale: 23€ (per chi ha bisogno di noleggiare la mountain bike)

Partenza ore 10:00 Emiciclo Garibaldi 
Rientro previsto per le ore 15:00

Il pranzo NON è incluso, quindi si prega di munirsi di pranzo al sacco e tanta acqua!

Il percorso è adatto a tutti! Quindi che aspettate?

As first hike of the year we’ll bring you on a mountain bike ride to visit the beaches of Porto Ferro, the wetland of Lake Baratz and the surrounding areas!
We’ll stop to take a dip in Porto Ferro, as well as eating our pocket lunch.

The cost of the excursion with a guide is 10 €
The rental cost of the mountain bike is 10 €
Going and coming back by car with someone of our esners is 3 €
Total: € 23 (for those who need to rent a mountain bike)

Departure 10:00am Emiciclo Garibaldi
Return at approximately 3:00pm

Lunch is NOT included, you’ll need to bring your own pocket lunch and lots of water!

Para empezar el año hemos pensado hacer una excursión en bicicleta para poder visitar las playas de Porto Ferro, la zona húmeda del lago de Baratz y algunos caminos de su pinar.
Quien quiera podrá bañarse en Porto Ferro donde haremos una parada para almorzar todos juntos con un picnic.

La excursión con guía incluida vale 10€
La bici para alquilar vale 10€
El transporte i/v vale 3€
Para un total de 23€ (para quien tenga que alquilar la bici)

Vamos a salir a las 10:00 desde el Emiciclo Garibarli y regresaremos por las 15:00

El almuerzo NO está incluido en el precio así que llevaos algo para comer y mucha agua.

También los que no son muy deportistas pueden conseguir hacer la excursión así que no dudéis y apuntaos :)
