ESN Sassari vi invita a partecipare all’EVENTO NAZIONALE ERASMUS 2016 !!!

Cosa è l’ EVENTO NAZIONALE?
è l'evento più grande ed atteso da tutti gli Erasmus d’Italia!

DOVE e QUANDO?
A Rimini, da mercoledì 18 Maggio a domenica 22 Maggio!
Il VERO e PROPRIO evento inizia Giovedì…ma si andrà dal Mercoledì…non vorrete perdervi l’INIZIO ufficiale dell’EN 2016! 
Per chi arriva da un'altra nazione deve arrivare in aeroporto Mercoledì 18 entro le ore 16:00!

PROGRAMMA Provvisorio:
MERCOLEDì sera: arrivo in hotel, cena, festa in discoteca.
GIOVEDì: Colazione; ripresa dall’hangover; dalle ore 12:00 – Navette per evento diurno. H15:00-19:00 – Possibilità di utilizzare strutture sportive per beach volley o beach soccer. Dalle ore 17:00 – Aperitivo e musica in spiaggia, h19:00-20:00 – Navette per ritorno in hotel. H21:00 – Cena presso hotel o ristoranti adiacenti. Dalle 23:00 – Navette per la discoteca e festa. Dalle 3:00 – Navette per ritorno in hotel.
VENERDì e SABATO: h9:00-11:00 Colazione; h9:30 Partenza per gita. Dalle h11:00 – Navette per evento diurno. H15:00-19:00 – Possibilità di utilizzare strutture sportive per beach volley o beach soccer. Dalle ore 17:00 – Aperitivo e musica in spiaggia, h19:00-20:00 – Navette per ritorno in hotel. H21:00 – Cena presso hotel o ristoranti adiacenti. Dalle 23:00 – Navette per la discoteca e festa. Dalle 3:00 – Navette per ritorno in hotel.
DOMENICA: Check Out e conta dei dispersi.

QUANTO COSTA partecipare?
La fee è di 200€ a partecipante e COMPRENDE:

- 4 colazioni (Giovedì, Venerdì, Sabato e Domenica)
- 4 cene ( Mercoledì, Giovedì, Venerdi e Sabato)
- 4 notti in camere multiple in Hotel 2*/3* (Mercoledì, Giovedì, Venerdi e Sabato)
- Libero accesso a tutti i servizi delle spiagge convenzionate (docce, lettini, ombrelloni ect..)
- Utilizzo strutture sportive nella spiaggia (Beach Volley/Beach Soccer)
- 2 gite: sono facoltative e si faranno il venerdì e il sabato mattina dalle 9:30 alle 17:00, rispettivamente nella città di San Marino e all’Italia in Miniatura (50% di sconto sul biglietto d’ingresso)
- Ingresso alle feste

La fee di 200€ NON COMPRENDE:

- Cauzione hotel di 50€ che vi verrà restituita prima di partire se non ci saranno danni nelle stanze
-Pranzi (Avrete la possibilità di usufruire di numerosi sconti con la vostra ESNcard)
- Cauzione di 10€ per OGNI gita, che vi saranno restituiti se effettivamente parteciperete alle gite una volta saliti sull’autobus
- Viaggio AEREO di andata e ritorno ALGHERO-BOLOGNA
-Viaggio in TRENO/AUTOBUS di andata e ritorno per raggiungere l'hotel (Verrà ORGANIZZATO in base al numero dei partecipanti)

PAGAMENTI
1° Parte:
Dal 15 Febbraio al 19 Febbraio in UFFICIO ESN (in Via Largo Macao, 32) la quota di 200€
Dovrete portare il documento di identità corrispondente al form e la tessera ESN.

2° Parte:
Dal 29 Febbraio al 4 Marzo in UFFICIO ESN la cauzione di 50€ + le cauzioni delle gite (10€ per ogni gita) + i soldi del costo dei trasporti A/R da e per l’Aeroporto (15/25€ in base al numero di partecipanti).

UNA VOLTA EFFETTUATO IL PAGAMENTO della 1°parte NON ci sarà possibilità di RIMBORSO in caso di cancellazione.

¿Qué es el "EVENTO NACIONAL"?
Es el evento más grande y más esperado da todos los Erasmus de Italia!

DóNDE y CUáNDO?
En Rímini, desde el miércoles 18 de mayo hasta el Domingo 22 de mayo!
El evento EN VERDAD comienza el jueves ... pero se irà el miércoles… no querrás perderte el Inicio Oficial del EN 2016??!
Quien LLEGA desde otra naciòn TIENE Q ESTAR en el aeropuerto de Bologna a las 16:00 de miércoles 18 mayo!

PROGRAMA provisional:
MIéRCOLES por la noche: llegada al hotel, cena y fiesta en discoteca.
JUEVES: Desayuno; desde las 12:00: Transferencias hasta el sitio del evento. H15: 00-19: 00 - Posibilidad de utilizar las instalaciones deportivas de voleibol y fútbol de playa. Desde las 17:00 - Aperitivo y música en la playa, h19: 00-20: 00 - Transferencias para volver al hotel. H21: 00 - Cena en el hotel o en restaurantes de la zona. Desde las 23:00 - Transferencias a la discoteca y fiesta. Desde las 03:00 - Transferencias para volver al hotel.
VIERNES Y SáBADO: h9:00-11: 00 Desayuno; h9: 30 Salida para la excursión. Desde las h11: 00 - Transferencias hasta el sitio del evento. H15: 00-19: 00 - Posibilidad de utilizar las instalaciones deportivas de voleibol y fútbol de playa. Desde las 17:00 - Aperitivo y música en la playa, h19: 00-20: 00 - Transferencias pa volver al hotel. H21: 00 - Cena en el hotel o en restaurantes de la zona. ¿CUÁNTO CUESTA participar?
La cuota es de 200 € por participante y INCLUYE:

- 4 desayunos (jueves, viernes, sábado y domingo)
- 4 cenas (miércoles , jueves, viernes y sábados)
- 4 noches en habitaciones múltiples en hoteles 2*/3* (miércoles, jueves, viernes y sábados)
-Acceso gratuito a todos los servicios de las playa convencionadas (duchas, tumbonas, paraguas de mar ect ..)
-Uso de las instalaciones deportivas en la playa (Beach Volley / Beach Soccer)
- 2 excursiones: Son opcionales! Una el viernes y una el sábado por la mañana desde las 9:30 hasta las 17:00, respectivamente, en la ciudad de San Marino y al Italia en Miniatura (50% de descuento en el precio de la entrada)
- Entrada a las fiestas

La cuota de 200 € NO INCLUYE:

- Depósito del hotel de 50 € que se devolverá antes de salir si no hay daños en las habitaciones
-Almuerzos (Tendráis numerosos descuentos con vuestra ESNcard)
- Depósito de € 10 por cada excursión, que será devuelto si realmente participarais a los viajes
-Viaje en AVION de ida y vuelta ALGHERO-BOLOGNA
-Viaje en TREN/AUTOBUS pa llegar al hotel (será ORGANIZADO dependiendo en el número de participantes)
- Alcohol

Las plazas SON LIMITADAS así que no mas tarde de las 17:00 del Domingo 14 de febrero se darán a conocer los nombres de los participantes que deben venir a pagar. (Para los que se quedan fuera, se abrirá una lista de espera por si alguien cancela).

PAGOS
Parte 1:
A partir del 15 de febrero hasta el 19 de febrero en la OFICINA ESN (en Via Largo Macao, 32) la cuota de 200€
Traed el carnet de identificación correspondiente al form que habeis rellenado en internet y la tarjeta ESN.

Parte 2:
Desde el 29 de febrero hasta el 4 de marzo en la OFICINA ESN el deposito de 50 € + el deposito de las excursiones (10 € por viaje) + el dinero del costo de los transporte ida y vuelta hacia el aeropuerto (15/25 € según número de participantes).

UNA VEZ QUE PAGAIS la primera parte NO HABRA ninguna posibilidad de REEMBOLSO en caso de cancelación.

What is the "NATIONAL EVENT"?
It’s the largest and most awaited by all the Erasmus in Italy!

WHERE and WHEN?
In Rimini, from Wednesday 18th of May until Sunday 22nd of May!
The REAL event starts on Thursday ... but wll go on Wednesday …you don’t want to miss the OFFICIAL START of EN 2016, do you??!
Who comes from another country HAS TO BE at Bologna airport at 4PM of wednesday 18th of may!

Previsional PROGRAM:
WEDNESDAY evening: arrival at the hotel, dinner and disco party.
THURSDAY: Breakfast; Hangover recovery; from 12am- Transfers to the event. H 3pm-7pm: possibility to use the sports facilities for beach volley and beach soccer. From 5pm: aperitif and music on the beach. H 7pm-8pm: Transfers to return to the hotel. H 9pm: dinner at the hotel or nearby restaurants. From 11pm: Trasnfers to the disco and party. From 3am: transfers to return to the hotel.
FRIDAY and SATURDAY: h9am-11am Breakfast; h9:30am: Departure for excursion. From h11am -Transfers to the event. H 3pm-7pm: possibility to use the sports facilities for beach volley and beach soccer. From 5pm: aperitif and music on the beach. H 7pm-8pm: Transfers to return to the hotel. H 9pm: dinner at the hotel or nearby restaurants. From 11pm: Trasnfers to the disco and party. From 3am: transfers to return to the hotel.
SUNDAY: Check Out and count of the missing ppl.

HOW MUCH does it COST?
The fee is € 200 per participant and INCLUDES:

- 4 breakfasts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- 4 dinners (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
- 4 nights in multiple rooms in hotels 2 * / 3 * (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
-Free Access to all services of the partner beaches (showers, seabeds ect ..)
-Using of Sports facilities in the beaches (Beach Volleyball / Beach Soccer)
- 2 trips: they are optional and will be held on Friday and Saturday morning from 9:30am to 5pm, respectively, in the city of San Marino and Italy in Miniature (50% discount on the entrance fee)
- Entrance to parties
- Security
-Welcome Kit

The fee of 200 € DOES NOT INCLUDE:

- Deposit Hotel of 50 € that will be returned before leaving if no damage will be found in the rooms
-Lunches (You will have the opportunity to take advantage of numerous discounts with your ESNcard)
- Deposit of € 10 for EVERY trip, which will be returned if you actually take part in the trips 
- AIRPLANE travel of D/A ALGHERO-BOLOGNA
-Travel BY TRAIN/BUS to reach the hotel (we’ll ORGANIZE it depending on the number of participants)
- Alcohol

Places are LIMITED so within 5PM of Sunday, February 14 we’ll announce the names of the participants, who must come to pay. (For those who remain out, we'll open a Waiting List in case someone cancels).

PAYMENTS
Part 1:
From February 15 to February 19 at the ESN OFFICE (in Via Largo Macao, 32) the fee of 200 €
You should bring your ID corresponding to the form you filledand the ESN card.

Part 2:
From February 29 to March 4 at the ESN OFFICE, the deposit of 50 € + deposit of the trips (10 € per trip) + the money of the BUS/TRAIN we’ll get to reach the hotel (15/25 € according to number of participants).

ONCE MADE THE PAYMENT of the 1st part there will be NO REFUND chance in case of cancellation.
