hat a magical end to our Autunno in Barbagia journey!

Last Saturday, we took over Fonni, the highest town in Sardinia, and it didn’t disappoint.
From 1,000 meters up, we experienced the true heart of the island.

We walked through the opened courtyards (Cortes Apertas), tasted amazing local food, and warmed up around the fireplaces right in the middle of the streets.

But the highlight? Definitely witnessing the iconic Urthos e Buttudos masks in action!
